The hotel is located just off Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and the main streets from district one. " "My room was extremely spacious, with smoke detectors for safety measures. " "the shower, hairdryers, and bidet were a plus. " "the location is the best and stunning, in the middle of Jackson, it's a plus. I had a fantastic stay at Ben Thanh Hotel. The central location in District 1 was perfect, with so much to do around the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed it. The day receptionist was especially attentive and even took the time to exchange language skills with me, including Scottish Gaelic phrases!
The only minor room for improvement was that the lobby could use a bit more atmosphere with decorations or even a dancing wild animal. But it's just a small detail and didn't affect my overall experience.

We had an impeccable stay at Ben Thanh. the hotel itself was okay, but what made it truly special was the staff, particularly Nghi and Truoc. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Nghi showed incredible kindness and compassion, checking on us daily to make sure we were comfortable and even helping us with organizing transportation and services around the city. the location was also great, with several main spots and amazing food markets within walking distance. we highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.
Nothing, it is perfect! 👌

The room I stayed in had a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, which was really convenient for my needs as a business guest. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the hot weather, making my stay much more comfortable. I loved having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, providing entertainment during downtime. The city view from certain units was a nice bonus, adding to the overall experience of staying at Ben Thanh Station Hotel.
Personally, I found the lack of an electric kettle in some units a bit inconvenient, but I understand that others may not have the same preference for making hot beverages in the room.

Despite the initial impression of the lobby, our room was meticulously clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and free water provided. the hotel also has connections with a nearby restaurant where we enjoyed delicious and affordable home-style cooking. the location was amazing, with plenty to see and do nearby, yet our room remained surprisingly tranquil. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 😊.

The air conditioning was a bit difficult to operate, but it was a minor inconvenience considering the price.
